Still working on that darn sippy cup!

We have been encouraged to help Tad drink from a sippy cup so that we don't have to give him a bottle as we transition to cow's milk...it is a very slow process!

Heading for the Bathroom

You already know that Tad loves bath time...here he is getting caught sneaking into the bathroom to play with his toys. Definitely cannot take your eyes off him for a second anymore!

It seems like his eyes get more blue everyday

Tad's First Hike

Taking a break

That's right, dad makes mom do all the work!

Hiking with Cornerstone's College/Young adult group on our retreat in Santa Cruz, California. Outside of our beautiful hike, people spent most of the weekend trying to get Tad to say their name...Brrrad, A-man-duh, Mmmike. But we all know what his real first word will be...Oppenhuizen! :)

First Time in a Swing

We spent the day visiting friends in Sacramento and Tad tried the swing for the very first time! He was a little unsure, but we are confident that he'll get used to it.

Visiting the Ostroms

Julia (6 months) and Tad notice each other more and more every time that we get together. It is going to be so much fun when they are big enough to play and run around!
